Specializing in the best traditional Lebanese
meze
This
restaurant, specializing in traditional Lebanese meze, is a delightful
addition to the Paphos scene. While Cypriot food leans towards Greek
influence, the reality of course is that the Lebanon is geographically
nearer, and probably has also shared common influences in food at
some time.
The food is slightly spicier than the Cypriot equivalent. The full
meze will serve as a good introduction to the range of dips, with
chickpeas, yoghurt, mint, the fatayer, small cheese pies, kebbeh,
balla of spiced meat, fallafel and skewers of minced lamb and chicken
cubes.

Fatooch a salad with fried Lebanese bread added as croutons, includes
a refreshing mix of herbs. There are also individual Lebanese meals
